22/09 > SERK 极速PK和金西打苹果啤酒发布派对- SERK JISU PK Party and Gold Cider Launch @ Serk Serk:请在的日历本上记下本周六的活动（9月22日）， 在Serk空间有金西打苹果啤酒和极速PK活动。他们举办一个金西打苹果啤酒在北京的发布活动， 同时穿上你的极速PK服装来玩吧。 你可以与你的朋友，敌人，情人来比一比，还可以赢得Serk提供得金西打苹果啤酒和swiftcarbon的奖品。活动下午3点开始到晚。 早来可以有金西打买2送1（3pm－ 5pm）， 并报名参加极速PK.如果你不熟悉极速PK，可以在优酷上看到here。 非常好玩， 任何人都可以参加。 Serk: Mark this Saturday (22nd Sept) afternoon down in your calender. It was late at night, and a rare time in Beijing where there are no cars on the road, save for the night shift taxi drivers and the few people returning home from working overtime at their jobs. This makes riding a bike so much easier and enjoyable when one does not have to battle constantly for position on the overcrowded city streets. It was quiet, I could hear the hum from my tires and my fixed-gear drive-chain was ticking steadily as always. I was alone for the moment and experienced yet another rare occurrence in China, solitude. In this moment I felt relaxed for I had no worries other than making sure my wheel was pointed straight and I pushed each pedal down when its turn came. This relaxation quickly changed to full on excitement as I came over the bridge that follows the Fifth Ring Road and around the corner at the top because as I was descending the short way down to the service rode I saw the largest collection of bikes that I have seen in Beijing so far. I can only describe it as mesmerizing as I struggled to focus on what was happening. There were bikes of every color of every size and they all had blinking lights that looked like red, white, and blue stars that had fallen from the sky. As I came closer the excitement only grew, and by the time I got to the group I didn’t want to stop riding, I wanted to break out in a full sprint right there. Especially Sunday we hope many people can come as there will be at least 1 film crew (BTV) to film some fixed gear culture. So just coming and watching or even doing some track stand training is welcome. If you want you can also be interviewed about fixed gear.

京骑飘扬 Beijing Cycle
说到NATOOKE的姑娘，那我们不得不说伊泉。上周她率领NATOOKE团队参加了“京骑飘扬”北京自行车文化节。在展会上，她和NATOOKE的朋友们进行了精彩的表演和演讲。这些年来，伊泉一直在倾其所能宣传绿色健康的自行车文化。令她欣慰的是，越来越多的人开始喜欢死飞自行车，越来越多的人开始加入到了骑行的行列中来。 Speaking of NATOOKE girls, there is Ines who last week lead the NATOOKE team participate in the Beijing Bicycle Culture Festival. At the exhibition she and NATOOKE friends did wonderful performances and lectures. In the past years Ines has been doing best to promote green and healthy bike culture. She is pleased to see that more and more people began to ride not only fixed gear bikes but also other bicycles.
可爱的辐条卡 New Spoke Cards
移丽莎白身高一米八，但仍然是一个可爱的姑娘，而且她还会摄影和画画，作为薛格非的女朋友，她对商店有着特殊的感情。这不，她给NATOOKE设计了一系列新奇好看的贴画和辐条卡。女孩子的细腻赋予了飞香蕉新的活力和情趣。她的朋友竹竹作为即将订做属于自己的飞香蕉死飞车的顾客，也设计了一款辐条卡。 Elizabeth is 1 meter 80 tall, but still a lovely girl, who likes photography and painting. As she is Xue Ge Fei’s girlfriend she has special feeling for Natooke store. She has designed a series of new cool stickers and spoke cards for Natooke. Her friend who is about to build her own Flying Banana fixed gear bike also designed a spoke card.

11/07 8:30pm > 自行车骑行活动 @ NATOOKE商店 Riding Event & Interview @ Natooke Shop 多场大雨让北京夜凉如水，在美妙的周三的夜晚，我们将组织一次骑行活动。我们会骑车在街上转转，亦或玩玩技巧。目的地并不重要，重要的是享受北京的夏夜。届时还会有北京电视台的节目组过来进行拍摄和采访。如果下起了小雨，也让我们继续骑行，享受在雨中的惬意吧！ The past heavy rains have cooled down the city. So tomorrow Wednesday night we will organize a ride. Let’s ride through the street of Beijing and also stop to hang out or do some skids. The destination is not important, the important thing is to enjoy the Beijing summer night. Beijing TV station will also come to shoot and interview. If it begins to drizzle, let us continue to ride and enjoy the cozy rain!

本周，伊泉将率领NATOOKE参加位于三元桥老国展的北京自行车文化节。我们展位位于展馆的2号厅2010号展位。伊泉和NATOOKE的朋友们将在展会上进行精彩的死飞表演。时间是：7月12日上午11:00-11:30；下午的14:00-14:30；7月13、14日的下午13:15-13:45，众多的知名品牌如GIANT、MERIDA、LOOK、SPECIALIZED等将共同参展。此外，这次展会将有丰富的试骑活动和知识讲座，你可以体验各种国际品牌自行车，学习到如何挑选自行车配件、如何应对骑行中的问题、紧急事件处置等知识。 This week NATOOKE will participate in the Beijing Cycle Exhibition held during the consumer goods exhibition at the International exhibition center near the 3rd ring road. Our booth is in Hall 2 with the number 2010. Ines and NATOOKE will give fixed gear perfomances on 12/07 11-11:30am and 2-2:30pm, on 13/07 and 14/07 both days 13:15-13:45. Many well-known brands such as GIANT, MERIDA, LOOK, SPECIALIZED are also exhibiting. In addition, the exhibition will include test cycling where you can try our some bikes as well as lectures. You can experience all kinds of international bicycle brands, learn how to chose bicycle parts and about bike culture in general.
单车情缘 Bike Love
周一傍晚快下班的时候，NATOOKE商店的店员们都当了一回演员。这是怎样的一部戏呢——一个漂亮的姑娘瞒着她的老公为她们俩挑选了两辆特殊涂装的死飞自行车作为他们的新婚礼物。她想要给她的老公一个惊喜，于是事先告诉我们都要装作第一次见到他们的样子。最终，男孩子被女孩子精心准备的惊喜所感动，虽然他不好意思表达，但大家都能从他的表情里读出激动和欣喜。他们都对新车爱不释手，NATOOKE的店员们都表示“羡慕嫉妒恨”。 Monday evening after work, NATOOKE staff turned into actors. This is how it went – A pretty girl without telling her husband chose all the parts for 2 fixed gear bikes with very special writing on the frame as their wedding gift. She wanted to give her husband a surprise, so she told us in advance that she will pretend to see the 2 built up fixed gear bikes for the first time. The husband was surprised although he was embarrassed to express, but we saw his expression of excitement and delight1

Below are some more details about the Music Day: The “Fête de la Musique”, celebrated each year on June 21st worldwide, makes its debut in Beijing in 2012! It celebrates the Summer Solstice through music. In Beijing, on June 21st, from 6:30 pm till late, the district of Gulou will be taken over by the sound of live music. Come along to experience this momentous event and get the chance to listen to rock’n’roll, dub step, reggae, blues, jazz, electro with bands. The gigs will take place in the best bars that Gulou has to offer, from more intimate venues to electrifying stages. Entrance is free in every venue !

There might be new mallets for even more fun for beginners and advanced. Meet half an hour before at Natooke if you do not know how to get there!

骑在旧金山 Cycling in SF
伊泉刚从旧金山回来。那么一个自行车迷在那边会做些什么呢？当然是骑车！她只能从北京带走一辆自行车，而她带走的是技巧表演车，所以她的朋友借给了她一辆自行车在旧金山使用。这台小小的折叠车肯定不是用来在一个有雾又有风的日子里去攀登旧金山双子峰的最佳选择，但是还是很好玩。对死飞玩家来说，山地车的避震悬挂感觉很陌生但是海滨城市真的很适合骑车。当然伊泉也进行了一些表演，比如在旧金山湾。
Ines had been in San Francisco. And what does a convinced cyclist do there? Of course cycling! She could only bring 1 bike from Beijing and so she chose to bring her trick bike. So friends gave her bikes to use in SF. The small foldable bikes were not the best to ride to the top of SF Twin Peaks on a foggy and windy day but it was still super fun. For a fixed gear rider the sponginess of suspension on a mountain bike might be strange but Marin county is just amazing for cycling. Of course Ines also did some performances for example in the SF bay.

伊泉当然也拜访了很多旧金山的自行车酷店。当她走进MASH车店的并且说到她在中国有一家车店的时候，Mike Martin立刻说到“伊泉你好，见到你太好了！”。能在世界各地有这么多酷酷的朋友真是太好了。另外DZR公司兼容SPD的都市锁鞋也在蓬勃发展着。那里也有一场自行车马球正在举行，很多很棒的车手都在玩。
Ines of course went to all of the cool bike shops in San Francisco. When she stepped into the MASH Transit store and said she has a bike shop in China, Mike Martin right away said ‘Hi Ines, great to see you!”. It is nice to have so many cool friends around the world. Also the DZR company is blooming with their great SPD compatible shoes for urban cycling. There was also a bike polo game going on with loads of good cyclists.

不是只有明星名人来Natooke玩，我们最近也有很多酷访客。比如职业自行车足球运动员也来Natooke玩，还教了我们的朋友如何用自行车踢足球。而且Fred小龙回北京来看我们了！
Not only do we often have stars and celebrities drop by Natooke, also other cool visitors have been here lately. For example a professional bicycle soccer player has been dropping by Natooke the past week and teaching our friends how to play bicycle soccer. And Fred is back in Beijing visiting us!

旧金山酷车 Cool SF Bikes
当然在别的地方也有酷车，比如旧金山。这台蓝色老虎自行车就非常有创意。能见到Zack真是太好了，他打造了北京的两台竹子自行车，这台奥克兰竹子城市沙滩车也棒极了。
Of course there are also cool bikes in other places, like San Francisco. The blue tiger bike is very creative. It was really nice to meet Zack again who made 2 of Beijing’s bamboo bikes and see his nice Oakland bamboo city cruiser.

伊泉和Natooke团队 Ines & the Natooke Team Natooke团队 Natooke Team 非常多的Natooke的顾客都成为了Natooke的朋友，其中有一部分还成为了我们工作团队的一员。尤其是最近，商店很多的新面孔其实都曾经是Natooke的顾客。以前我们是有共同爱好的车友，现在我们是志同道合的同事，这样的工作环境也非常和谐愉快其乐融融。近期我们可能还需要招募一些新成员，如果你也有兴趣那就准备好你的简历吧。
Most Natooke customers become Natooke friends, and some of them even become parts of the Natooke Team. Especially recently some new faces that appear in the shop used to be customers. We were bike friends that shared the same interest and now we are colleagues that have the same goal. All these things make the atmosphere in the shop friendly and comfortable. We are looking to recruit some new employees, if you are interested, get your resume ready!

非常抱歉过去的3个星期我们没有发送活动邮件。最近我们实在是太忙了。但是我们也很高兴的看到及时没有发送活动通知，每周末的例行活动依旧照常展开。不过可能有一些新人刚刚加入了我们的俱乐部，那么一起来介绍一下未来几天会有的例行活动吧。如果有下雨等特殊天气活动会临时取消。
Sorry for not sending any newsletter in the past 3 weeks. We have been super busy with all kinds of stuff. But it was good to see that the weekly regular events still kept going on without newsletters being sent out. But as some of you are new or have just recently signed up for our newsletter here is an overview of some regular events in the next few days. But in case of rain an event might be canceled.
11/05 & 14/05 7:30pm > 技巧练习 @ 隆福寺广场 TRICK SESSION @ Longfusi 本周五和下周一在隆福寺有技巧练习。欢迎各种新人——在这里有良好的氛围，每个人都互相彼此学习。如果你不知道隆福寺广场在哪里，我们可以晚7点在商店集合。 Let’s go to Longfusi for skidding and tricks this Friday and next Monday. All beginners welcome – friendly atmosphere where we teach each other. 09/05 & 16/05 9pm > 夜骑 @ 奥林匹克森林公园 NIGHT RIDING @ Olympic Forest 今晚和下周四晚上出来和我们刷奥园吧。8:15点钟从Natooke商店集合一起出发或者直接和我们在9点30分碰头。请在自行车上安装车灯。 Today and next week come out and ride with us around the Olympic forest. Natooke Shop Natooke正在成长，所以我们的办公室，工作室和仓库只好都搬出去了。现在的Natooke商店依然落座于五道营胡同但是有更多的空间来展示商品了。当然你也依然可以在这里修车，换车把或脚踏，又或者在我们楼上的新沙龙继续享受那个沙发。
Natooke is growing so the office, bike building workshop and storage room had to move out. Now the Natooke shop on Wudaoying hutong has more space to display bike parts. Of course you can still have your bike repaired here, change your handlebar or pedals or just hang out on the couch which is now on our second floor.
马球马球 Polo Polo
北京真是冬冷夏热。今年舒适的春天持续的还算长久，但是现在已经越来越热了。上两次已经越来越少人参加我们午饭后的自行车马球活动了。因为天气太热，现在周末的自行车马球下午4点钟开始。如果你不知道自行车马球是什么，别害羞，过来看看试试吧。你所需要的只是一辆自行车，不论任何种类的自行车，即使是个北京老爷车也没问题。我们有教练可以指导你如何快速掌握使用球杆控球。希望能在活动现场看到你。
Beijing is cold in winter and hot in summer. This year we had a quite long and pleasant spring period but now it is getting really warm. The last 2 times less people were showing up for our after lunch polo sessions. With the warmer weather we will now start playing polo at 4pm on weekends. if you do not know what bike polo is do not be shy and come and have a look. All you need is a bike – no matter what kind, even an old school Beijing bike is fine. We have a coach who can teach you how to quickly control the ball with the polo mallet. Hope to see you around.
为气候而骑 Climate Race
Natooke参与了丹麦大使馆和比车牛组织的为气候而骑活动。在这个活动上，其他国家的大使也参加了，一切都表明自行车应该是城市生活的一部分，并且警示大家应该减少在中国的个体污染排放。著名 演员刘烨也参加了这次活动，他和其他的的150名骑行者骑车穿越了北京城。最后丹麦大使先生赠与了比车牛一万元人民币以资助比车牛继续为推广中国骑行而努力。
Natooke participated in the Climate Race organized by the Danish embassy and STC. There were ambassadors of other countries taking part in this event to show that the bicycle should be part of city life and trying to create awareness for cycling to reduce the individual environmental impact in China.The famous Chinese Actor Liu Ye rode with us and the 150 participants through Beijing streets that were blocked off by Beijing police. Then the Danish ambassador handed STC a donation of 10000.-RMB for continuing the STC efforts to promote cycling in China.
Natooke在上海 Natooke Shanghai
Natooke去上海参加了中国自行车展，在展会上Natooke有自己的展台展示了一些漂亮的自行车并且传播了城市骑行文化。当然我们也接受了很多媒体的采访并且玩的很愉快。展览会和很多参观者都得到了骑行风尚杂志，里面有关于伊泉和美丽死飞女孩豆豆，史可和酸酸的报道。
Natooke team went to Shanghai for the China Cycle exhibition where Natooke had a booth displaying beautiful bikes and spreading urban bike culture. Of course we had a lot of media interviewing us and we had a great time. Exhibition and some visitors got a copies of the magazine 骑行风尚.that had an article about Ines and the beautiful fixed gear girls Dou Dou, Shi Ke and Suan Suan.
体育活动 Sports Event
我们总是被邀请参与各种各样的活动。这一次Natooke团队应邀参加了星期六一大早的自行车马球和技巧展示，这也是由当地政府展开的体育推广仪式。
There are definitely many things that we get invited to do. This time Natooke team had to do an early Saturday morning bike polo and trick bike performance for the local government sports ceremony. 顾客订制自行车 Customer Designs Bike
很多人联系我们说：”你们Natooke设计了很多漂亮的自行车“！但是其实我们只是组装了自行车，每个零部件都是顾客自己选择的。当然我们会引导顾客进行选择样式或风格。每次都是顾客进行自己的设计做出独一无二的自行车来彰显自己的个性或风格。
Many people contact us and say: “You Natooke guys design so many gorgeous bikes”! But actually we just build up each bike from the parts that each customer chooses. Of course we guide our customers when unsure what color or style to pick. It is each customer that designs his own unique bike that often reflects his or her personality.
