“死飞”其实就是“死飞轮”。北京唯一的专卖店是Natooke，老板叫伊泉，德国女人。

伊泉会说一些中文，慢慢讲，沟通没问题。去店里找她的时候，正好有个年轻人来攒车，纯新手，想攒个3000元左右的，挑配件挑得眼花缭乱，不知所措。这里的车就是这样，档次有很多，颜色更多，基本上从2800元起，你有个预算，需要操心的就是颜色了。伊泉说，到现在配了70多辆车，没有一辆是一样的，每个人都喜欢不一样的车。

伊泉之前喜欢体操，后来看到fixed Gear，就想到自行车上去做体操，于是一种原本不太好看的杂技被伊泉做得很漂亮。但是那时候很少人知道这项运动，于是1992年起，她开始在德国做一些表演。2001年因为工作原因来到中国，2004年，还是工作原因定居中国。因为工作很忙，就没有太多时间可以继续演出了。2007年，伊泉开始做俱乐部，那时候只有两个人，2008年有5个人，夏天的时候，有了8个人。那时候在国内买不到这个车，朋友们建议说，伊泉你开个店吧。于是伊泉正式考虑之后，就全身心投入做fixed Gear，2009年3月找到五道营胡同的这间店面，开了Natooke，中文名字在墙上，一个字“耍”。

STC,一个在北京成立的环保组织，英文全称叫：“smarter than car”，从字面意思是比车聪明，伊泉说他们给这个由老外建立的组织起了一个很京味儿的名字：“比车牛”。听起来确实让骑车的人底气大增的一个名字。

而这个建立在北京的环保组织的创始人之一就是我们今天的主角：Innes（伊泉）。外人可能不知，现在伊泉可是北京城乃至中国死飞界的一姐。刚刚在北京结束的死飞大赛按照她的话说，是令她最快乐的事情。我想不只是主办人的她，全国的死飞党肯定都沉浸在这份喜悦中吧。虽然比赛规模不大，但毕竟这是中国死飞界难得一聚的盛会。而身为北京死飞运动的领军人物，伊泉当然首当其冲。
