Car-free Day – September 22
September 22 is “World Car Free Day”. The event “promotes improvement of mass transit, cycling and walking, and the development of communities where jobs are closer to home and where shopping is within walking distance”. This year on 22th September, let’s show our support by deeds. How about on September 22nd you plan your day so that you do not need to drive your car nor sit in a taxi nor anybody else’s car? The more people that do their little contribution will together make a greater impact! We hope to see less cars on the streets of Beijing on that day and hopefully be able to breathe some fresher air!
