The next countryside ride is on the calendar, so be sure to mark Sunday, June 4.  This time round we’re giving an extended notice for all our friends so everyone can be sure to make the space to join in.

On this ride we’ll ride through portions of the countryside to the south and southeast of Chengdu.  The ride begins near to the Cheng Zi Lu Expressway and winds south through farmlands and rolling countryside outside of the domain of Chengdu’s bustling city boulevards.

We will then pass through a traditional rural village, meander through a network of small country roads before continuing towards Taiping Village where we’ll catch the end of a traditional country market and have a fresh lunch.

After lunch the ride continues by looping northwards past Tiantai Mountain Loquat Ecological Park and along the edge of the Longquan Mountain range towards Longquanyi.  The van will be waiting there to bring us back to the city.

Registration must be made in advance and rider fees must be paid-in-full.  This time we’re offering special early bird pricing, at 230元 per participant.  Last day for early bird registration is Friday, June 2.  You can register up until the evening prior to the ride, however the price is 290 yuan.
