This week we’ll be watching“Pee-wee’s Big Adventure”. The story follow’s Pee-wee, an eccentric man who one day finds his beloved bicycle has been stolen in broad daylight. He then decides to undertake an epic cross-country adventure to track down and retrieve his stolen bicycle.

Directed by Tim Burton, this strange children’s film is a cult classic, especially amongst those born in the 80s and bicyclists. Although made for young audiences the warped humor of this movie makes it engaging for people of all ages. The film is in English language with Chinese subtitles.

We’ll be hosting the movie at the usual spot, opposite from Lan Kwai Fong in the park along the river. The event is free to attend. We will begin projecting the movie at 8:00 p.m. sharp so be on time!
