Our special Black Tie Ride last week as a huge success. Once glance through the pictures and you get a feel for the vibe of this event. 
With over 50 riders all dressed to the nines we had an insanely good time.

Ride|Huanglongxi River Ride
We will be riding to Huanglongxi River this Saturday, March 26th. The average riding speed will be about 25km/h.
As the crow flies, Huanglongxi River is about 36km from Chengdu. However we’ll be sticking to the more interesting country roads. It’s a beautiful place to ride but expect about 90km round trip.

Bike|Used is the New “New”!
Last week our friend Daniel got tipped off to our shop. He’s new to town and was looking for a good way to get around, but was hoping to do so on a budget.
You can’t tell by looking at it, but the frame, the cranks, the pedals and a number of other parts on this bike are second hand. With a few new pieces to keep this build within a budget, Daniel walked away with a unique new ride.

There riders can enjoy awesome food and drink specials Niccolo has graciously offered for our Friday Night crew. After which we will finish up the ride back to Natooke!

They sure don’t make them like they used to. This refurbished China Post bike is ready for the streets.
These old frame are super well-constructed. A vestige of a bygone era when everyone needed a dependable bike for getting around, they still hold up after decades of use.

Nice!|Re-cycled cycles!
A rad thing about bikes is unless you completely trash the frame, you can use it indefinitely. At the shop now we’ve got a good selection of used frames and forks that allow you to build up a complete bike for as little as 800元. Sounds too good to be true, right?
Before the New Year we happened upon a collection of used frames. Each frame is of decent quality and has a little history to its own. Now’s your chance to continue the story of this bike. Piece it together and breath a new life into it. Make it your own!
