Smarter than Car
This association was formed in 2010 by a small group of friends passionate about cycling and their city – Beijing. STC aims to bring people one step closer to the bike, the association was created to promote the many benefits of riding a bicycle in Beijing rather than driving a car to help preserve the unique Beijing cycling culture, also to encourage the use of bikes in urban life for a smart, healthy and low carbon life styles.
